(第二课时教学设计) 一、教材分析 1. 教学内容 本课时系教材《英语3(基础模块)》(高教版)第九单元的第二课时,包括reading and writing部分。课文介绍了关于最好职业的论述性文章,并要求学生掌握说明文的写作规范并能 介绍自己喜欢的工作。 2. 教学重点、难点 (1) 教学重点 ① 通过预测,略读和精读的阅读技巧,理解课文内容。 ② 通过阅读文章,归纳和整理,总结观点并陈述。 (2) 教学难点 使学生通过阅读总结观点。 二、教学目标 1. 阅读目标 学生能通过预测,略读和精读等方法,把握文章大意并总结观点。 2. 写作目标 学生能掌握说明文规范,并简单介绍自己喜欢的工作。 3. 情感目标 树立积极的工作态度。 三、教学步骤 Step I Lead-in 1. Brain-storming The Ss are asked to say out the factors they will consider when hunting a job. 2. Discuss and decide (Activity 10) Ss are asked to discuss in pairs if the following descriptions is suit for him / her. (设计意图:通过谈论找工作时需要考虑的因素,从一个学生感兴趣的话题入手,激活 背景词汇知识,而后讨论选择适合自己的表达。) Step II Reading 1. Read and answer. (Activity 11) Ss read the title of the passage and guess what the passage mainly talk about. (设计意图:学生通过略读文章,了解文章大意,选出合适题目。) 2. Read and check. (Activity 12) (1) Ss read the sentences together. (2) Ss read the passage and check whether the sentences are right or wrong. (3) Check the answers and let them tell the reasons if the sentence is wrong. (设计意图:通过精读,训练学生通过阅读获取具体信息。) 3. Read and discuss. (Activity 13) (1) Ss read the passage again and discuss the five sentences in pairs. (2) Ss express their opinion and state their reasons. Teacher writes down some important sentences expressing ideas. (设计意图:通过阅读,培养学生的判断能力,鼓励学生表达自己的观点态度。教师在 学生表达过程中写下重要句型,帮助学生表达,并为写做好准备。) Step III Writing 1. Ask and answer. (Activity 14) Ss in pairs ask and answer, according to themselves. (设计意图:语言活动准备,训练学生用简单的句子表述自己情况。) 2. Read and complete. (Activity 15) (1) Ss read the answers inactivity 14, and then complete the introduction. (2) Call some students to read out the introduction. (设计意图:学生能通过思考利用活动14的问题和答案组织语言,完成短文写作。) Step IV Homework Interview one of your best friends. And write down a passage like that inActivity 15. (设计意图:让学生课后通过采访好友并写下介绍好友理想工作的短文,来进一步巩固 本课所学的内容。)
